摘要: 中国对外投资经过二十多年的蓬勃发展，其在国民经济所占的比例逐渐扩大，但同时，面对国内国外的复杂情况，问题也不断暴露出来.因此,深入研究中国对外投资的问题，对于中国适应经济全球化的要求，发挥比较优质，推动企业参与国际竞争和合作，更好地利用国际国内两种资源、两个市场，促进开放型经济的持续、快速、健康发展具有重要意义。
abstract:With the development of the economy of China, the rate of overseas investment in GDP is growing sharply. However, under internal and external environment, there are some problems. This article analyses the opportunities and chances of the overseas investment of China and find some method of these problem.
