1999年以来，我省外贸出口有了大幅度的增长，但与沿海省份相比，无论出口总值还是增速都存在较大差距。本文对我国、沿海省份及我省的外商投资企业在机电产品出口乃至外贸出口中的作用进行分析和考察，认为我省外商投资企业数量少、规模小是制约我省外贸出口实现跨越发展的“瓶颈”因素。
Henan provincial export trade has increased by a big margin since 1999.Comparing with coastal provinces, there is a great disparity both on total value and increasing speed between coastal provinces and Henan province. In this article, according the study of the role of foreign investment enterprises in China, especial in Henan, coastal provinces, we believe that the small amount and small scale of these foreign investment enterprises in Henan province is one of the main reasons that restrains great deal the development of Henan export trade.
