摘 要：本文从货币的对内价值稳定性和对外价值稳定性以及两者的相互关系三方面出发,力图从理论层面对欧元稳定性问题进行一些较深入的探讨 。

提起欧元，跌了又跌的阴影就一直重重的压在人们的心头。直到今年五月，欧元总算摆脱了往日的颓势，一路飘红，走出了低谷，着实让人们稍稍的松了一口气。欧元的跌荡起伏时刻牵动着投资者的心，欧元稳定性问题自然也就成为经济学界关注的焦点。本文拟就欧元的稳定性，作一些理论探讨。
货币的稳定性，广义而言，包括对内价值和对外价值的稳定。狭义的货币稳定性一般指对内价值的稳定，体现为较低的通货膨胀率水平。根据卡塞尔购买力平价理论，不同货币之间的兑换比率取决于它们各自具有的购买力对比，即购买力平价，也就是说货币的对内价值决定着对外价值表现，因此在进行欧元汇率波动性研究时，欧元对内价值的稳定是不容回避的问题。
